Year 3

Vice Chairperson

During Secondary 3, I ran for vice chairperson. This allowed me to have a chance to handle a large group of like-minded individuals and help out the teachers with everyday tasks. This allowed me to hone my leadership skills, as this is the first time I have led over 20 people. The class vice chairperson role gave me more responsibilities in the class, allowing me to help out my peers and guide them wherever possible.

Year 3 to Year 4

Sectional Leader Alto 1

During my time in the SST Guitar Ensemble, my instructor selected me to become the section leader of Alto 1. This role allowed me to lead younger students by teaching them, pointing them in the right direction, and conducting my section to improve together as a team.

EAGLES Award 2023

Receiving the EAGLES award affirmed my leadership and service to the community and peers.

This award motivated me to increase my contributions to the community and continue to hone my leadership skills.
